Shipping & Returns


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, you are required to return the goods to us within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. 

All items being returned for refund or exchange must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes 

  • The item is in brand new condition.
  • The item has not been washed, worn or smells of cologne.
  • All tags and relevant packaging are intact.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Delivery & return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please note that if an order is returned to us via the courier then the original postage cost is non-refundable.

If you are returning an item(s) to exchange to a different size you will be responsible for the shipping fee.


All in stock orders that are received are usually dispatched within 24-48hrs from Frequency Fitness via Royal Mail or another UK courier, subject to security checks and payment clearances. Our standard delivery is 2-4 working days. Please note if you have ordered any embroidered items it may take up to 5 days dispatch.


  • Our current UK postage cost is £2.99. A dispatch email is sent when the parcel(s) leaves us.
  • If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know.
